Return & Exchange Policy

At Attiiq, each piece is handmade with care and crafted especially for you.

Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error in your order.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order for sizing issues, provided that:

* The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
* The exchange request is submitted within 3 days of delivery.
* Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement.

Custom Orders
Customized or made-to-measure items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
